Le Sia has provided New York residents with our unique seafood boil, skewers, and authentic Chinese appetizers. Inspired by the Louisiana style of crawfish, our head Chef Zac Zhang combined the Cajun-style seafood boil with the traditional Wok Fried technique to offer New York City.
